Soft Play Area Features--Not Just the Basics!

In today's world, toddlers and young children get bored easily. Many of them frequently play on their parent's iPads or smartphones and are used to the fast pace of technology. Needless to say, a soft play area in a mall or airport can quickly get boring for these technologically hip youngsters. As one of the leading manufacturers of children's soft play areas, we are faced with the challenge of keeping the kids and parents that visit our play areas entertained.

Yes, our bright and whimsical soft play pieces are key to the experience. But we also add unique features like shoe cubbies and our special safety flooring. Features like these make the experience better for both the children and their caretakers.

With the shoes out of the way, kids can concentrate on what really matters--climbing on the fun play pieces! Abundant shoe cubbies are a key component that plenty of indoor playgrounds for toddlers lack. Every one of our soft play areas includes this necessary feature.

And then there is our safety flooring. Parents appreciate our extra effort in providing safe flooring if their child takes a tumble from one of the play pieces. Minimizing injuries is one of our top priorities at DW Designs Inc. Kids love the flooring because it is far from basic. Our flooring is custom-designed to match each play area. In the past, we've created fun flooring that features everything from ladybugs to airplanes! Even if a child does take a tumble, it will all seem like part of the fun because our flooring is so soft and bright.

Kids today need more than just basic indoor playground equipment. At DW Designs Inc, we strive to create the best and most entertaining soft play parks available. Kids today are hard to please, but we manage to make it look easy.

Sports Stadiums + Soft Play Areas= Happy Kids AND Parents!

Picture this. It's the big game day for your favorite team. You have awesome seats and you're really looking forward to a great day out with the family. But then you get to the stadium and it turns out the kids aren't quite as excited for the game. They are restless and don't seem to be enjoying themselves at all. Then you spot it. A soft play area right in the stadium! The kids see it too and run over in excitement. Problem solved!
More sports stadiums are adding soft play areas than ever before. A soft play park by DW Designs Inc helps to get sports stadiums rave reviews from kids and parents alike. Parents love the comfortable seating and cell-phone charging stations that our play areas offer. They also love that we provide a safe play environment for children of all ages. Kids love interacting with other young sports fans and expending some energy before the game starts.
Stadiums love our soft play parks because they can be custom-designed for their stadium. DW Designs Inc works with clients to make their vision come to life. We work with the client to create a play area that fits their stadium's unique vibe. Sports stadiums often report a higher customer satisfaction rating when they add a play park. Parents are more likely to return for another game if their children had a great time in the stadium's play area. And as these toddlers grow up, they will look back fondly on their fun childhood experiences at the stadium and likely become lifelong fans. Adding a soft play area by DW Designs Inc is a win for all!

Do Play Areas Bring More Customers to Shopping Centers?

It's the age of traditional retails outlets versus the Internet. The Internet has its convenience, but malls have a new secret weapon: soft play parks for kids

With online shopping at a record high, shopping centers are trying to provide what the Internet can't. New soft play areas can create lively public spaces while keeping the parents happy. Instead of setting up play dates at a friend's house, moms will arrange to meet up at the mall's play park. And those mall play dates usually include some shopping.

Malls can no longer be just landlords. Malls have to take the extra steps to become a destination. So far, soft play areas have been a major component in increasing mall traffic. Sales of play areas to malls have grown from less than $500,000 in 2000 to an estimated $12 million this year, industry participants say.And that number is only expected to grow.

Keeping mom and dad happy is just as important as keeping the mall's little guests happy. With this in mind, many play areas are equipped with cell-phone charging stations and Wi-Fi. All of DW Designs Inc's soft play areas are equipped with these features.

Vendors are also benefiting from the addition of soft play areas in malls. Child-centric shops and stands are often strategically placed around the mall's play area.

Many shopping centers have been hurt financially by the rise of Internet shopping. Indoor play areas have proven to be a quick-fix for their financial woes.

Soft Play Areas in U.S. Airports are a Hit with Passengers

American airports are becoming more family-friendly by adding soft play areas. Soft play parks are a constant sight in European airports, and now U.S. major airports are following the trend. Traveling can be a daunting experience for children. Cranky and impatient children often make the traveling experience worse for both parents and childless passengers. Soft play parks allow children to blow off some steam before boarding their flight. This results in a more pleasant flight for all onboard. Airports have seen a significant uptick in customer satisfaction ratings with the addition of a soft play park. Many airports are turning to the leading manufacturer of soft play areas, DW Designs Inc, to design and construct the best soft play areafor their airport. DW Designs creates custom-made play pieces for malls, shopping center, restaurants, and now airports. DW Designs staff works with airport personnel to create the perfect play area for the airport's specific needs. "Each airport is different and their clientele varies widely. Therefore, each play work needs to be specially tailored to their needs," says Sam Nicholson, DW Designs Inc's marketing director. With their increasing popularity, passengers can expect to see more soft play parks in airports across the U.S.
